My friend Milla Jovovich and I spent months creating an AI memory system with Claude. It just posted a perfect score on the standard benchmark - beating every product in the space, free or paid.
It's called MemPalace, and it works nothing like anything else out there.
Instead of sending your data to a background agent in the cloud, it mines your conversations locally and organizes them into a palace - a structured architecture with wings, halls, and rooms that mirrors how human memory actually works.
Here is what that gets you:
→ Your AI knows who you are before you type a single word - family, projects, preferences, loaded in ~120 tokens
→ Palace architecture organizes memories by domain and type - not a flat list of facts, a navigable structure
→ Semantic search across months of conversations finds the answer in position 1 or 2
→ AAAK compression fits your entire life context into 120 tokens - 30x lossless compression any LLM reads natively
→ Contradiction detection catches wrong names, wrong pronouns, wrong ages before you ever see them
The benchmarks:
100% recall on LongMemEval — first perfect score ever recorded. 500/500 questions. Every question type at 100%.
92.9% on ConvoMem — more than 2x Mem0's score.
100% on LoCoMo — every multi-hop reasoning category, including temporal inference which stumps most systems.
No API key. No cloud. No subscription. One dependency. Runs on your machine. Your memories never leave.
MIT License. 100% Open Source.

I run a $110K/month agency with 6 AI employees.
They have names. Personalities. Jobs.
One writes content. One monitors infrastructure. One runs campaigns.
Here's the full setup:
Most people use AI like a search engine. I use it like a staff.
The difference: context files that make each AI know its job, its boundaries, and me.
USER.md — Who You Are
Teaches AI everything about you:
→ Name, location, timezone
→ Your business and goals
→ Working patterns and communication style
The AI can't serve you if it doesn't know you.
SOUL.md — Personality & Principles
The AI's operating system:
→ Core truths ("Be resourceful before asking")
→ Communication style and banned phrases
→ Boundaries and business context
This turns a generic assistant into YOUR assistant.
IDENTITY.md — Who the AI Is
Give it an identity:
→ Name (mine is Jarvis)
→ Role (chief of staff, content writer, etc.)
→ Vibe and operating principle
An AI with identity has consistency.
AGENTS.md — The Operating Manual
The longest and most important file:
→ Startup routine (what to read first)
→ Memory system (where to log, what to remember)
→ Safety rules and learned mistakes
MEMORY.md — Long-Term Memory
Persists across sessions:
→ Discovered preferences
→ Business learnings
→ Key decisions made
Without this, you restart from zero every conversation.
TOOLS.md — Integration Notes
Your AI's reference manual:
→ API endpoints and workflows
→ Team contacts
→ What works and what breaks
Skills — Specialized Instructions
Auto-trigger based on keywords:
→ Content generation
→ Sales follow-ups
→ Lead enrichment
→ Customer onboarding
The Agent Squad
I don't have one AI. I have six:
→ Jarvis — Chief of Staff
→ Loki — Content (8am + 3pm daily)
→ Ivan — Infrastructure (20K email accounts)
→ Hades — GTM campaigns
→ Scrapy — Data extraction
→ Trigify — LinkedIn scraping
Each has its own context, memory, and job.
How They Work
8am — Loki writes 5 tweet drafts
9am — Posts to Slack
10am — I approve 2. Done.
No prompting. It runs on a schedule.
Safety
My AI once bought 164 domains without asking. $1,640 gone.
Now I have:
→ Trusted user verification
→ Financial action gates
→ Prompt injection defense
→ Regressions (mistakes become rules)
Proactive Behaviors
The AI doesn't wait:
→ Cron jobs for scheduled tasks
→ Heartbeats for check-ins
This is the difference between a tool and an employee.
The Stack:
→ OpenClaw (open source orchestration)
→ Context files
→ Skills
→ Agent squad
→ Tool integrations
→ Cron + heartbeats
Everyone's sharing AI setup guides.
That's a good start.
This is what happens when you go 10x further.
Not a chatbot. A system that runs while you sleep.
Like + comment "setup" and I'll DM you the full template.

@MCD_Delhi MCD site is leaking birth/death data like DJB site as was reported by @jignasa_sinha from @HindustanTimes last year -
hindustantimes.com/cities/delhi-n….
Anyone can search for any date & download 1000's of birth/death data in one go.
Request to fix ASAP. DM for more details.
English

@HamelHusain How good / bad is the token usage when this is enabled? Claude Code has recently gotten token hungry than its previous versions and this would exacerbate the problem exponentially now. Any benchmarking you did?
English

Trying this new orchestration thing in Claude Code. It is fun!

@MyNykaa Pathetic experience and very shoddy customer service. Product ordered on 8th and no update till today. Cx team is still finding out what happened to the order. I just hope my refund comes without followup emails/calls.
Recommendation: Avoid at any cost.

@DelhiJalBoard Is this genuine? KA number not mentioned. Grammatical mistakes. Looks cyber crime. Can you take action against the numbers mentioned?

English

They send one cryptic & encrypted email to you which you will ignore since you have to install some app to even read that email. Seriously @AmexIndia @AmericanExpress , you think customers are dying to use your services. I dont think so. You can keep your card and I am happy.
English

@AmexIndia @AmericanExpress is giving tough competition to public banks who were enough with their archaic systems / crappy policies to harass customers. I hv maintained Amex card for 10+ years but now patience has run out. Uninstalled Amex for good. Peace should prevail now.

@kmr_dilip This is nothing. 3 Kids drowned in a coaching centre in Delhi last year bcos of heavy rains and that case will take years now to punish the culprits (if it happens altogether) so you can understand the state of affairs in our country. This drainage problem is not at all an issue.
English

We’ve got AI to detect cancer, drone delivery for biryani and apps to schedule your pet’s meditation session. But no clue how to build a decent drainage system. And this is the tech capital of the country. Who’s to blame and who’s accountable- I honestly don’t know.
Maybe it’s the system or it’s us. Maybe we were too busy building unicorns to notice the roads turning into rivers.
One thing is for sure that the ESOPs, villas, and startup exits won’t buy us a shortcut through this mess.
Everyone wants to “change India”. But sometimes I wonder, are we even solving the right problems? Anyway, just thoughts from another guy stuck in the traffic.

@UberIN_Support The query still remains unsolved. Thanks for wasting my time again.
English

@AggarwalAnuj Hey Anuj, we've addressed your concern and sent a response your way via Direct Message. Appreciate your patience.
English

@Uber_India @Uber @Uber_Support @PrParameswaran @dkhos Driver refuse -> he won't cancel -> u won't cancel -> driver cancel -> penalty put on u AND u can't book till that time -> u book thru other app (sheer time waste) -> u waste time with uber support... Same story, every time.

@DoT_India @TRAI @airtelindia I received 5 SPAM INTERNATIONAL calls in less than 2 hrs.
Is there an end to this? Call volume increased day by day and these people are scamming 1000's daily.
Concerned authorities, pl take strict action at the earliest.

Remember dial-up intenet modem days when the max speed is 56.6kbps. I used to have it from MTNL back in late 90's.
If you want to experience it now, visit EPFO site:

I don't understand how they manage to get the 90's infrastructure in 2024

That looks pretty cool.
I’ve always thought that the capsule hotel concept (first seen in Japan) would be ideal for the expansion of functional & clean hotel rooms in India, giving a filip to budget travel.
But how many of you agree? Would you find this claustrophobic?

@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank @ICICI_Direct Got this message where person asked to install APK file to stop account from getting suspended. Clearly a phishing attempt to steal confidential info or steal money from the bank account. Can you look into this & take appropriate action?
