I don't get why people are attacking this. It's fair to ask why not 1 single person took a video. These days, people take videos of everything. Their dinner, walking through town, someone getting robbed, an animal drowning... They make time to get a video/photo no matter what the situation. Not to say it's a conspiracy they didn't, but a fair question given how people are these days with phones. Surely at least a short clip from a passenger recording out the window or SOMETHING. And yeah, just because you're not supposed to use your phone while landing or takeoff.. I've witnessed so many people do it anyway because well... that's people for you.
