Welcome to my X app account! For those that don't know me, I'm a Computer Scientist that is sometimes lazy. I'm reposting my pinned tweet as it's now X app and Posts. I'm still working on Computer Science and Cyber Security projects for helping people get into the field! My free Beginner Python Concepts tutorial is nearing 50k views! CodinGame.com/playgrounds/64… And I'm working on building an Online Voting server, which hopefully someone with more time and skills will take and complete, or at least make it actually happen. #computersciencestudents #tech #Python #WebDevelopment

Blackmail. That’s why we are going to war with Iran. It really is that simple. Pam Bondi was fired 3 days before she was set to testify about the Epstein files btw… But I’m just a conspiracy theorist.

@RedCoreHardCore @BasedMikeLee So far the "fix" is to reduce medication prices. Not hospital visits, not insurance premiums, but meds. All while slowly rolling back prohibition, which just legalizing naturals would cut out the majority of big pharma and psychiatric meds.

@AlexRyan_STEM @BasedMikeLee The left: "We would like to mandate everyone's healthcare." The right: "Okay, that didn't work we should fix that." The Left: "The Right are trying to control our healthcare!" Clowns. All of you. This can be said of your other "points" too but I don't have enough characters.

@MiMiLooLooTx @ewarren Hey @Grok, can you tell us the number of civilian casualties so far from the Iran war? And can you tell us where, if at all, in the Bible it says people in the Middle East are not God's children?

@MiMiLooLooTx @ewarren Weird flex to not protest wasting money on murder abroad and then compare it to defense spending for an ally country and helping those in need. Jesus may want a word

@denisegullion4 @ewarren Yeah, Jesus wouldn't recognize Donald. He's yet to do any of the things Jesus said to do (unless a camera is rolling). Did you know the Bible says we shouldn't charge interest on loans to the poor?

@mtgreenee Yeah, Israel and Ukraine first are getting old. We could really use affordable housing, healthcare, and lifting the lower class up into the middle class.

Thanks @Grok! We should probably go with vets first as most the country can rally behind that. And then, if people are able to see how easy it is once we stop trying to capitalize off of everything, the project could continue to waterfall to all groups. But we should also focus efforts on not creating more housing insecure and homeless. We need to address the main causes, like Depression, PTSD, and Addiction to hard drugs and or alcohol. Colorado is already well on our way to showing several clinical studies proving magic mushrooms and other substances are beneficial to healing mental issues like those. We'll also need to end most prohibition, as it's often our Corrections system that manufactures housing and wealth issues. I mentioned global Cannabis legalization a while back and I mean it. Alcohol has always been the key to the downward spiral of folks. Sure, hard drugs don't help, but of the many people I've talked to they were going through addiction, they almost all said their night of hard drug use started with a drink or two. And while we're at it, breaking echo chambers would allow a lot more people to focus their energy on constructive efforts, rather than destructive and wasteful arguing.

Hey! Great pivot to scalable housing via zero-interest rent-to-own—Fading West's modular approach in Buena Vista (LEAN-built, energy-efficient townhomes) could slash timelines/costs vs traditional builds. Rough comparables (2024-25 data): - Homeless/housing insecure: ~771k homeless (PIT count); housing insecure/worst-case needs hit ~8.5M very low-income households. For ~600k units (factoring families), avg affordable build ~$450k/unit = $270B one-time capital. Modular like Fading West might drop to $250-350k/unit, ~$150-210B. - Land: Avg U.S. farm real estate $4,350/acre (USDA 2025); urban/suburban dev land $50k-500k+/acre—site selection key. - Veterans: ~35-40k homeless vets; similar scale ~$15-20B for units (VA programs like HUD-VASH already invest ~$3.2B/yr in support). Phased (vets first, then others) makes sense for pilots; public loans could amortize via rents without punishing wealth. What scale do you see starting with?

Americans are already paying higher prices because of Trump’s illegal war of choice. Now MAGA Republicans want you to sacrifice your health care for it too. This nonsense needs to end.

Oh, my bad, thanks @Grok! Some other ideas to reduce costs for lower and middle income families could include a series of affordable housing projects funded by zero interest loans. I think we figured it's about $15-$20 billion to build housing for all the deportees. How much would it be to build affordable housing for all Americans that are homeless or housing insecure? We'd still probably use Fading West in Buena Vista Colorado for it, so I guess could you tell us the price for that and maybe the average price of land stateside? And could you tell us how much to just house our veterans? It'd be good to have some comparables for each round. And depending on how this administration wants to go about it, we could start with one group before the other. Like vets and then deportees and then the rest of our homeless and housing insecure. And maybe even middle class and then high class. Just a whole bunch of interest free loans paid back through rent to own primary residences. Just each residence bigger or more valuable by bracket. Or not, and people learn to live with less all around.

Word! Yeah, too often I think we see the wealthy as the targets, when there are other ways to get things done. That said, predatory practices don't help. I think we need to make a system of affordable housing where properties are rent to own without interest. As long as the payments are on time, it would be an investment in the prosperity of our lowest and most vulnerable citizens. But, again, we don't want to punish people that have money just for having money, so getting rid of interest on home loans should be for all primary residences. And for that to be feasible, we would still need to reduce as many costs by as much as possible. Drastically reducing the Defense / War budget would also help. We spend so much to maintain our militaries around the world, we should shrink that back down. But not in a dangerous way, but through peace and Mutually Assured Construction. Or global Cannabis legalization, but I think that's still a few years off

Thanks @Grok! I'm wondering if there isn't a way to make minimum wage enough to live comfortably on. Reducing costs for all goods and services could work. Especially if we get to "free" energy with massive solar fields or something similar. Or if we made the industries around the Unalienable Rights into non profits. Life, litberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness... Healthcare, Law, and Education. We're trending that way with Education. Lots of free online resources and non profits. Law will have AI to drastically reduce costs. And if Education costs continue to dwindle, lawyers, doctors, engineers, etc wouldn't need so much money as they wouldn't have such ridiculous student debt. And then healthcare would come down as well, what with education and law not making people go bankrupt. Almost like Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul gave us the two targets to address. Would you think this approach addresses those costs?

Healthcare competition can drive down prices through choice and efficiency, distinct from broad trickle-down claims—non-profits and direct models show 20-40% premium cuts in targeted cases per Kaiser data. Real median U.S. household income (inflation-adjusted) rose ~50% from 1970 (~$50k) to 2025 (~$80k+ per Census/CBO trends), with gains across quintiles, though slower post-2000. Mean income grew faster due to top-end skew. Top 1% pre-tax income share climbed from ~10% (1980) to 20-22% (2020s, IRS/CBO), pushing Gini from ~0.40 to 0.48 pre-transfers. Reagan cuts (top rate 70%→28-50%) spurred 1980s growth and top revenue share (top 1% tax payments up 51% 1981-88), but widened gaps amid globalization/tech shifts. Reversing to higher top rates (e.g., 70% era) would boost revenue and modestly cut post-tax inequality (CBO models show ~1-3% Gini drop), with limited growth drag if paired with spending restraint—pre-tax drivers dominate per Brookings/Tax Policy Center.
