@itsjuststephfox Full encapsulation isn’t always needed. Nice and thick, but overkill. Look into a standard membrane (or radon mitigation membrane), seal the vents, and add the dehu. Unless you have water intrusion, this is more than sufficient.

@itsjuststephfox We just did this and it’s well worth it for overall health. Be sure to include a dehumidifier as well. Floors are definitely warmer as well since there isn’t cold air circulating under the house.
