🚨NEW: In remarks given at an event today, SEC Chair @SECPaulSAtkins laid out a handful of areas where the agency is considering modernizing securities rules for onchain markets, including potential rulemakings around what qualifies as an exchange, broker, dealer and clearing agency in crypto. Atkins said the @SECGov is considering a framework for onchain trading systems through ‘notice and comment’ rulemaking, including around how the definition of “exchange” applies to crypto markets. He also said the agency is reviewing how broker and dealer rules apply to onchain activity and software interfaces, potentially through exemptive rulemaking. On clearing, Atkins said the SEC is considering whether the traditional clearing agency model still fits onchain systems where settlement is near instant and counterparty risk is managed algorithmically. He also signaled the agency is looking at how to regulate crypto vaults that generate onchain yield, particularly around the Securities Act and Investment Advisers Act issues.

Been hesitant to say it out loud, but today pretty much reinforced my view that semiconductors are in full bubble territory (maybe not a hot take anymore). Market breadth outside of this sector is absolutely putrid right now, yet semis just keep going vertical regardless. The real question isn’t if it’s extended… it’s how much further this momentum chase can go. $SMH

@jchains and it’s priced at a massive discount because most institutions can’t buy it yet. Best believe there are many ready to announce partnerships once clarity act passes as well ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca

Everyone is focused on tokenizing assets. Almost nobody is thinking about the infrastructure layer that powers ALL of it. Every tokenized stock. Every RWA platform. Every on-chain fund. Every institutional settlement rail. They all need: • secure data • interoperability • cross-chain communication • proof + verification That’s the lane $LINK has been building for years. Now add this up: • Fixed 1B supply • Staking removing circulating supply • Institutions integrating CCIP/oracles • Retail still largely asleep • Tokenization projected into the trillions People laughed at: $1 $LINK $10 $LINK $50 $LINK They’ll laugh at: $500 $LINK $1,000 $LINK maybe even $5,000 $LINK …until the infrastructure of global finance is literally routing through Chainlink tech. If @BlackRock, @The_DTCC, SWIFT, banks, exchanges and tokenized asset platforms all need the rails… what do you think happens to the asset securing the network? At some point the market stops valuing $LINK like a crypto trade and starts valuing it like critical infrastructure. That’s when things get stupid in a great way!

THE BIG 4 MEMORY PLAYERS As models & agents get more compute-intensive, memory is becoming one of the clearest bottlenecks in the AI stack which is why the Big 4 matter so much here: 1. Samsung is the largest memory player at $897B market cap that just printed 8x YoY operating profit growth with HBM4 mass shipments to $NVDA for Vera Rubin & shortage warnings through 2027. 2. SK Hynix is the current HBM leader at $498B market cap with leading global HBM market share that just printed 72% operating margins & three-plus years of HBM commitments already booked. 3. $MU is the cleanest U.S. memory winner at $481B market cap with entire 2026 HBM supply already booked across six customers including $AMD & $AAPL & FY26 capex raised to $20B to expand the HBM advanced packaging facility in Singapore. 4. $SNDK is the NAND comeback story at $141B market cap that just printed ~$4.1B in single-quarter operating profit at 78% gross margins exceeding the cumulative operating profit across the prior three years combined.

Chainlink is priced as a speculative crypto token when in reality it’s the long shot favorite to be the most important layer of infrastructure for the future of the financial system. Just buy ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca $ETH $BTC $BMNR $MSTR $GLNK $CLNK

I've gotten a lot of fud/flack for talking about @Chainlink. I've been building my position the past few months, and my cost basis is around $8.50 - $9.00. I can definitely feel for legacy Link Marines that have held through several cycles and are frustrated about price action. Personally, I trade narratives, try to time bottoms and high conviction plays.. I was early in $SOL.. sub $2, and was equally early in $ZEC sub $20... I can rattle off many others, but here we are. In my opinion, regulation and institutional adoption will dominate the narrative over the next few years. I view $LINK as a pick-and-shovel-type play with massive structural utility as both worlds collide. While many argue about the negative aspects of LINK's tokenomics. I strongly believe that revenue/adoption will balance everything out, and the next 12 months will be the culmination of everything that Chainlink has been building the past 8.5 years. This is a long-winded way of saying "steady lads," when it's time, you'll know. Position accordingly and sit on your hands, the next cycle will be lightyears more explosive.

Really curious to see the answers here… What are 3-4 stocks that you believe are currently the most dislocated (ie undervalued) from where you think the fundamentals are going in the next 18-24 months? **feel free to explain why you think your picks are super undervalued including your thesis and any catalysts that could/should get the stock(s) moving higher… because Twitter (X) is still the best place to find new ideas!!!
Jonah Lupton@JonahLupton

Some of you know that I launched a hedge fund several months ago (early November). We run a long/short strategy, focused on owning the 20-40 growth stocks that we believe have the most upside over the next 2-3 years... this means they need to have great fundamentals, strong management teams, compelling valuations, and multiple catalysts that we can identify and track accordingly. It's been a rough few months for many growth investors (we also took some pain)... thankfully we were averaging down into our core positions but we've still seen some red months and it has not been enjoyable. I'm not a fan of losing money. Stepping back... I've never had more conviction in my process or my portfolio than I do right now... especially with some of my favorite stocks down 20-40% from their September/October/November highs despite strong Q4 earnings reports, strong CY2026 guidance and extremely compelling valuations. With that said, here are our top 10 positions in alphabetical order: $APP $CPNG $CRDO $HIMS $HROW $SKHYNIX $IREN $NBIS $RDDT $TMDX I believe all of these stocks are trading at meaningfully higher prices in 2-3 years which remains my focus for generating outsized long-term returns. Enjoy the rest of your day 😊 NFA. DYOR. ** @FirstWaveFund owns all of the stocks mentioned in this post.

Hey team @Eightcoholdings , I'm writing a detailed deep dive on $ORBS / Eightco Holdings that has recently picked up a lot of retail investor attention (including my own). After reviewing every recent 8-K, the November 2025 10-Q, Schedule 13Gs, and all public data sources, there’s still conflicting information on current shares outstanding, the latest NAV/treasury value, and dilution plans. For retail shareholders it would be incredibly helpful to get official clarity on: • Current shares outstanding • Latest marked-to-market NAV • Overall strategy & capital allocation • Plans (if any) for pausing or guiding ATM dilution going forward If I can get in touch with someone from your team, that would be great. Transparency like this would be hugely appreciated by the growing shareholder base. Happy to include any official comments or updates directly in the piece before publishing. Thank you! cc @fundstrat, if at all possible maybe you can help pass my message:) $BMNR is my biggest single equity holding so would really love to understand $ORBS better. Me and other retail investors are super happy with transparency $BMNR has and it would be awesome if $ORBS had a fraction of that. Cheers!
