I never said it was illegal. I never said that he was the first to become Prime Minister without being an MP. I said he was “the first Prime Minister in Canadian history to have never been elected to public office”. Today we learned that during COVID not only did our government lock us down, coerce us into taking a vaccine to keep our jobs, freeze the bank accounts of peaceful protestors, illegally use the Emergencies Act, but our military violated intelligence-gathering rules by spying and testing propaganda techniques on Canadians (Operation Laser). All of that without consequences whatsoever… Our government was caught on multiple occasions abusing their powers and got away with it. This is the same government who just passed Bill C-9, criminalizes emotions, and surveillance bill c-12 while trying to pass other surveillance and censorship bills C-8, C-16 and C-22. What more will it take for hard working Canadians to stand up and say ENOUGH?
