I think the disconnect with understanding who Saitama is comes from y'all not reading manga. Let me explain. Garou became a literal cosmic god. He could copy the strength of anyone he fought. Let me repeat that. HE CAN COPY THE FULL STRENGTH OF ANYONE HE FOUGHT. Even with Garou constantly copying Saitama's power...
