1.5 hrs @SouthwestAir and waiting for your service department. Had everything selected and set on the app 1.5 hours ago and just got error messages…now we sit and wait to the on hold music

Been on hold with @SouthwestAir going on 50 minutes because when they say in the automated message it may be faster on the app, but then all you get is error codes on the app 🤦‍♂️
