@Uber_Support Been trying to find him for four days but your app is terrible when it comes to following an initial report of an item missing. When you do manage to make contact with your help line, there is no interaction apart from an initital response. Much room for improvement your end

Having the most frustrating time trying to retrieve a laptop left in an @Uber_Support vehicle. Four days on, no word from driver despite confirmation he has it, no @Uber_Support online help despite repeated requests and no human anywhere in @Uber_Support to talk to. Any ideas?
