@ianracey I highly suggest the Quest 2, not just because I enjoy my Quest 1 so much, but because it's a fully capable headset that is cheap enough that it won't break the bank if it turns out the 16 y/o isn't as much into VR later.

So the 16 y/o wants a VR headset for Christmas. My research seems to indicate that the best balance between cost and quality is the Quest 2, but if anyone has opinions, consider this me soliciting them.
