[1/3] You may have seen a tweet from our Ledger Support account being shared regarding Ledger firmware updates. Unfortunately, in our attempt to clarify how Ledger and all wallets work with the firmware, a customer support agent posted a tweet with confusing wording.

2/2 If you can still access the accounts on this device, your best bet would be to send the assets out to newly created accounts, and reset your device (generating a new 24 word recovery phrase).
