I bought a present on Chicos and didn’t see any gift options at checkout. I called customer service and was on hold forever, only to learn that they can’t send a gift receipt – and I could barely understand the representative. Really disappointing experience,@Chicos.

@Icelandair saga continues. They have tried to rebook me on the impossible outgoing flight 4 different times now. Worst customer service of my life.

@Icelandair flight booked w/ @JetBlue connection. Flight rescheduled, leaving 7-minute layover! Options now: arriving 2 days late or departing 2 days early. Despite hours with customer support, Icelandair won’t rebook me on partner @AlaskaAir. Help! #TravelIssues #CustomerService
