@JetBlue Id like a refund of my $52 dollar seat in 8th row! TIRED of spending more than Blue (Basic + $52 for seat) to board last & be told too bad there's no room for carry-ons for groups E&F! My carry-on is scratched & claiming u get a carry-on is false advertisement!

@JetBlue I booked far in advance 2 sets together and find out when we are boarding that our seats have been changed and we are no longer sitting together. This is not the first time it has happened and is completely unacceptable to pay for seats and not be rewarded. Fix this now.

Hey @JetBlue - selected seats for a trip, entered info, cc etc then hit submit and price jumped $500+ while in the transaction and on the line with a rep. How’s that possible? Not a great customer experience!
Our first @JetBlue flight was canceled bc they didn’t have enough crew. Our second flight is delayed because the plane is too hot? It’s always something with this airline lately. This will be my last time flying this airline.

@JetBlue After our 8 hour delay at ISP we were told we would get a credit toward a future flight. We were told that would be within 3 days. It's now 12 days and we've heard nothing.

@JetBlue stuck on a flight 3/15 Boston to MCO. 11+ hours no snack, drink or toilet. Told it would be refunded BY JET BLUE. Called for the 3rd time and told they now will not!

Hey @JetBlue why am I here for my flight at 10:45 right now and no one is currently available at your front desk to take my bags. I am told by staff of other airlines , they never know when they show up. Its 7:18 and I am ready to go? So now it's a waiting game for your staff.
@JetBlue Your system dropped our confirmed rebooking with no notice. Two reps assured me my seat was safe — both were wrong. I was rerouted and split from family with no warning. Still waiting for answers.
