Don’t worry. The us will actually unfreeze the Iranian funds sometime tmrw, likely right before premarket. Then next week mine sweepers will troll the strait again on Monday. Tankers won’t actually move through the strait but the illusion of progress will be presented to the public.

I am a supporter of Trump and his tariffs. But we should applaud the checks and balances we have in this country.
The liberal justices always vote the party line. That's unjust and a breach of separation of powers. We should be grateful for conservative judges who vote on constitutional principle rather than wanting to help a President's agenda.
Next step:
Trump has the House and the Senate. We need a bill, a Small Beautiful Bill, ASAP, which awards the president the power to tariff.
Get it passed. Then it'll become law.

The Trump tariffs brought in approximately $287 billion dollars. And unlike all of the panicked losers who were screaming at the top of their lungs that this would make inflation skyrocket, inflation has been steadily coming down.
But of course, the Supreme Court decided that other countries are allowed to tariff to death, but we’re not allowed to do it.
Again, I am not a legal expert whatsoever. I’m not even going to try to dig into the specifics on this. I’ll just read smart people who understand this stuff but just on a basic common sense level this seems like a freaking ridiculously stupid decision.
