@SwiggyCares i had ordered on 21st feb at 8.16 pm & from 9 pm that day i could see delivery partner was at the site ready to pick the order, he remained at the same place till 9.40, didn't pick the phone, even ur agent couldn't reach him..not sure if this was a scam or not.
@SwiggyCares refund is not the only solution here.. i was made to wait around 1.30 hrs without any resolution & i faced delay, embarrassment because of this..why the delivery partner couldn't be reached?

@AmexIndia i have raised a points issue long back & it's been almost 1 month without any resolution & false promises everytime i call or chat. not sure when i will get a resolution
