I’ve seen plenty of high-level athletes who are lean, explosive and strong come back with a total testosterone of 450 ng/dL…
Meanwhile a guy with low muscle mass, carrying 20–22% body fat, barely training, will pull labs showing a total testosterone of 1,000 ng/dL.
Doesn’t make any sense…
Reason being is total testosterone isn’t the metric that drives adaptation
Free testosterone, receptor sensitivity, sleep, nutrient intake, training volume, stress load, recovery habits, genetics, and lifestyle all create far bigger swings in performance than whatever the “total” number happens to be on a random morning (not to mention the variance amongst lab)…
Remember, performance doesn’t care what your labs say and not every pro athlete has high T-levels
Get your blood work done.
Doesn’t matter if you look like Bo Jackson or the office slop you don’t know where you stand until you get your levels checked.

🇯🇵 Many people on here recommended that I watch Macross Plus (1994). The animation and story here were very impressive!
When I was in school, Macross Frontier was very popular but I'd never seen Plus. But I'm glad I did.

More than 30,000 Samsung Electronics union members gathered today outside the company’s big chip factory in Pyeongtaek, South Korea.
They want an average bonus of about $400,000 per worker, this is their share of the huge profits from the AI chip boom.
The union is asking for 15% of the company’s operating profit as bonuses for chip workers, with no limits.
They also want a 7% raise in base pay. That would mean 40 to 45 trillion KRW in total bonuses.
The company has offered 10% of profits as bonuses plus a 6.2% wage increase. The union said no.
The union now represents most of Samsung’s workers and has threatened an 18-day strike starting May 21 that could hurt global supplies of AI chips.

@decoyposts He appealed his case, he’s so stupid. The appeal takes 5 months to even get heard and he’s on a 6 month sentence.
So an appeal could actually take him even longer than the 6 month sentence 😂.
