My head gasket is gone. Destroyed. I had no injury / injuries going into the fight. I was throwing kicks, planted and jumping, all throughout camp as well as backstage before the fight. This came out of nowhere. I am beyond dark here. I can only describe it as hell.

I am shocked that real estate agents still exist.
They provide no useful help in the process. People do their own searching via Zillow or Redfin or other online websites.
All of the closing work is done by title company. The 6% real estate commission is dead.

This decision was made by a director of ops who never steps foot in the restaurants. I imagine there was a presentation with elaborate spread sheets about sauce usage and how .4% will now drop to the bottom line. Everyone clapped.

One of my pet peeves is going to a restaurant and being nickel-and-dimed for something as simple as asking for a little extra dressing. It would be one thing if I had already been served an appropriate amount for the size of the salad, but the dressing I ordered to be served on the side came in a small 1.5-ounce portion—the same amount they gave me when I asked for extra, not realizing I would be charged extra. It’s up to the restaurant to establish the proper portion for every item in relation to the size of the entrée. If the standard portion isn’t enough for the dish being served, the solution is to adjust the portion—not charge the guest extra for having to make up the difference.
