Seeing a lot of hate for Allar on the TL, yeah.. he is insanely raw, but his upside is worth a RD3 selection. Penn St. had a run-first offense with poor WRs. Give him a shot to develop under a real offensive coach with real WRs, I mean we’re talking about a kid who was discussed as a top 5 pick just a year ago. He has elite traits.
