also, it has been brought to my attention @UbisoftSupport that people with the exact same issue, are getting different responses... some are getting the solution they need and should have, others are just getting "we have escalated your case..." without the solution . So not only do some get answers faster than others, but also there are different answers too now?? I strongly believe there are some reworks to be done internally so this clown show can stop.

@UbisoftSupport would you guys please check case number 25741720 pls. Im seeing people with the same issue as me create a case today and get reponses and solutions in the hours following when my case is from yesterday. Also to mention that help on the case as not been good yet since i was asked for informations that i had already provided in my original message... showing great skills of the people or bots responding WHEN ASKING FOR HELP

@Pengu YES I THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY. But tbf before the animations didnt correspond from what shields sees to what others see when ads'ing. I wonder if now it looks faster for us shields cause it is the actual animation for others too

@FastAnne_ Yeah I agree with all that, I did find it ridiculous the lead being passed around juste cause of batteries.. i am curious too of the rest of the season, especially after the regulation for engin temperature is effective

@Ex_StreamX It's not a great look for the sport tbh, so many cars retiring, the lead just being swapped around because of the batteries.. I'm curious for the rest of the season what's gonna happen
