
also, it has been brought to my attention @UbisoftSupport that people with the exact same issue, are getting different responses... some are getting the solution they need and should have, others are just getting "we have escalated your case..." without the solution . So not only do some get answers faster than others, but also there are different answers too now?? I strongly believe there are some reworks to be done internally so this clown show can stop.
