I’m frustrated with the faction obsessing over price. IMHO it’s a very myopic perspective. First of all, if / when there is an offer to acquire Tesla, I’m very confident that it will be designed to elicit a majority YES vote. Secondly. IF Tesla and SpaceX achieve even a small fraction of the respective TAMS they are pursuing, the combined entity will, in 5-7 years, be a massive success for Tesla shareholders at any marginally reasonable price. The handwringing over price is an embarrassingly bad (read greedy in the extreme) look for those folks. I don’t want to tell my grandkids that alpha mattered more to me than humanity.
