Reports of the second USAF aircrew member rescued is an answer to all our prayers. I honor the bravery of our search and rescue teams and our special forces. I hope no casualties. And, I salute the F-15E Weapon Systems Officer who put their survival skills to work in a very dangerous and harrowing situation.

I see a lot of people posting that the second crew member has been rescued, and while we all want this to be true, I keep refreshing news sites, and I have yet to see a reputable news source reporting this. The rumor seems to be people quote tweeting from each other. Be careful.

It’s been approximately 26-30 hours since the second F15E crew member was reported shot down. Water supplies start to become a concern. It is a high-altitude environment that will tax one’s body pretty hard. Hoping for the best
