It has quickly turned into a buildinpublic/community building so I'll be changing my handle and name to better reflect what the account's intent is. What is one thing people realize too late?

@Inglehoff okay, okay, I'd do it for free there is no secret, you need to post unique replies and get a bit lucky with the algorithm

5 million impressions. That's the wall most X accounts are grinding against right now. For some it takes weeks. For others, months. And if you're under 5K followers, it's brutal. You already know that. I'm not even there yet. But I know what actually moves the needle: viral replies. One that lands can do a million views on its own (like my best reply, see image). That's weeks of posting into the void, compressed into an afternoon. Can you go viral on command? No. Nobody can. But there are a few things that tilt the odds. I'll get into those soon.
