They were against the Greeks since the beginning from the Greek revolution, to the Balkan wars and the Crimean war for it. They even blocked Athens and tried to starve the population to force us join the war.

In fact they pretty much even liked the ottoman , as tools to stop Russian influence in the region

The Russians released footage from repelliing a counterattack by the Ukrainian 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skala" in the area of Hryshyne in Ukraine's Donetsk Oblast. Among the equipment targeted by Russian FPV drones are US-made M1A1SA Abrams tanks and M1117 armored security vehicles, as well as a BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle. It appears that the Ukrainian counterattack ended up in failure.

Glossing over the fact that the Bene Gesserit set up the entire religion on Dune to use as a weapon against future houses who go against them so they could gain power and was ultimately used to establish an empire for the Atredies, a foreign family, by killing tens of billions to take power for themselves. The Atredies weren’t the good guys in the books or even the movies, I don’t get why you’re portraying them like Lawrence of Arabia.
