I called your CS and stated that there were things I needed on the order (I can’t drive and rely on it) and they were unhelpful. I’m now out of pocket as I had to place an express order. Half of the order is now also missing! I am disappointed. Do you have a complaints process?

@AsdaServiceTeam Hi there. Your app has a glitch and an order that I placed last night didn’t go through (despite it confirming and taking the money). I never received a confirmation email but only realised that this morning when checking the status of my delivery.

@HisenseUK @ao I’ve waited three weeks for the customer service team to tell me exploding ovens that have been used 3/4 times in 2 months aren’t covered in the warranty 😂😂 what a joke!!!!! Seeking further advice.

@HisenseUK @ao Still waiting for a response and resolution, approaching three weeks without an oven. I have a feeling that they neither company would like to take responsibility for an exploding oven.

@ao As per your guidance, I contacted @HisenseUK regarding an oven you sold and installed that blew up with my newborn present. I have phoned, and emailed three times - yet to receive a response. I have been without an oven for a week. Absolutely ridiculous and so dangerous!

@HisenseUK @ao Can someone get back to me? Three emails, one phone call and I’m now on my third tweet. We’ve not had an oven for a week, and it literally exploded - surely that warrants a response.
