@AmazonHelp I had a Prime Account for years and used it often. Then, my credit card on file expired and my Monthly Prime charge was declined— fast forward to almost a Year later I have Re-added the card multiple times, I have chatted with a customer service member……more

A reminder to #bced (everyone?) that competencies & content are not a binary choice. Competencies are about thinking, but you have to think about something. Competencies without content = fluff. Content without competencies = trivia. Competencies with content = 21C thinking
