#Baseball! Cole pitched 2 innings, he looked healthy and strong! His 1st inning- Groundball out and 2 strikeouts. His 2nd inning- he made a great play on a bunt but runner was called safe, 2 groundball outs, his 2nd 3 pitch strikeout to end it. Very happy with his performance!

@cdowdy46 @Velo_doc My son is a pitcher in DII, he did band work and long toss daily at that age. It was amazing to watch the strength develop during those ages.

@Velo_doc Do you suggest anything for kids 9-12 yrs old? Light bands? Just throwing? Too young for any specifics?
