@retardedfed @nathancunneen Maybe you should go look at each school district’s approved budget and divide by the total enrollment, which would still be skewed since not every dollar is spent directly on the student.

Since parents will want kids to have phones before/after school (bus, sports, emergencies), does bill cover cost of cell phone pouches, and also relieve school of disproportionate discipline consequences from TEA when they have to enforce this law? (I have not read the bill so that's why i am asking)

Thank you so much, @GregAbbott_TX @LtGovTX @Burrows4TX @BradBuckleyDVM. This is the way it is done. 💥🍎💥 #SchoolChoice #ESA #HB3 It's a miracle. 🙌
Greg Abbott@GregAbbott_TX

For the first time in our state’s history, the Texas House has the votes to pass a universal school choice program. 75 members of the House co-authored Chairman @BradBuckleyDVM's House Bill 3 to create a universal school choice program in Texas. School choice will soon be law.

@HicklandHillary Once again, another slap in the face to the thousands of coaches and sponsors of these extracurricular programs and the hundreds of thousands of students that participate in these crucial and important activities. “Adult entertainment”…what a joke!

@rdgarcia03 @HicklandHillary So what you’re saying is Texas didn’t have school choice already? Parents haven’t had a choice where to send their kids?

.@BradBuckleyDVM's HB 3, the Education Savings Account program, has 75 coauthors. Include him and the speaker, and that makes 77 ESA supporters in the House. #txlege

@coachkevinrich @FairlyForTexas All three reps that represent our district co-authored as well. A slap in the face to public educators, especially when HB2 has zero co-authors. A true indicator of how they really feel about public ed.

It's really disappointing to see our area reps in smithee and @FairlyForTexas sell out our rural schools and area to sponsor this bill. Our rural schools stand to be hurt the most, and the students in our area/Amarillo have choices and open enrollment already. Makes no sense.
Brent Money@brentmoney

The Texas House’s school choice bill (HB3) was filed last Thursday and already has 76 coauthors. School choice is coming to Texas!
