@MartinSLewis Yes, within 20 mins of receiving the voucher email. Below is the response I got to refund request.

Ryanair refund question. Many who appied for cash refunds were sent a voucher instead (grrrrr). At the bottom of that voucher was a link for those who 'still want a cash voucher'. That link goes to a bot to apply. Has anyone successfully applied via that bot?
