Regrettably, Heat - down 27- seemingly is not any better when they're at full strength. Quite a puzzle about how to fix it. But please don't say 'do like the Spurs '.. they were hot garbage for 6 years in a row (22 to 34 wins) and it's good now only because they were incredibly lucky with Wemby.
