Hi @AvantiWestCoast, I still don’t have an answer to the question below &, confusingly, have received an email from you showing my train *into* central station as cancelled but the journey below still starting at Glasgow Central - obviously not the case. Please can you clarify?

@virginmedia @Raphas_Angel_ my virgin service has generally been excellent however like anything there are minor things that happens. I will be leaving VM because every small thing I need fixed or even want to change I have to talk to the worst fucking most atrocious call centre in existence.
