मध्यप्रदेश के शाजापुर ज़िले की सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की पोचनेर शाखा के क्लर्क नरेश फूलवानी को मंत्री के रिश्तेदारों ने इसलिए पीटा क्योंकि उन्होंने बैंक के नियमानुसार नई पासबुक बनाने के लिए चार्ज माँगे. पुलिस ने इन्ही को उठा के जेल में बंद कर दिया है और इनकी ज़मानत नहीं हुई है!
