Govt isn't interfering but formulated a guideline like a Owner, now it's Union role to implement it with good intent.

Thankful to all the Union leaders, IBA Officials who approached for same, Bankers who Written individual letters, posted on Twitter & trended for demands. Banks must plan to implement transfer policy as per guidelines. It should not be on Papers but practically implemented.

माननीय मुख्यमंत्री @mieknathshinde साहब, आपके प्रदेश में बैंक कर्मियों पर लगातार हमले हो रहे हैं। यूनियन ने ध्यान देने के लिए चिट्ठियां भी लिखी परंतु हमले रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं। अक्टूबर माह में दो बैंक कर्मियों पर हमला हो चुका है। कृपया हमें बता दें कि क्या करना चाहिए।

संवेदनशील हैं तो बैंकर्स के जीवन की कीमत को महत्व दीजिए, बैनरों की लड़ाई, लोकप्रियता को गोली मारिए यदि आप समग्र बैंकिंग समूह के प्रतिनिधि हैं तो बैंकर्स सुरक्षा से बड़ा कोई मुद्दा नहीं है। A common banker must raise voice for a common banker.

सीधी सी बात है दवाब झेलने वाले समूह को समग्र रूप से विरोध दिखाना होगा, चाटुकारों को गांधी से ज्यादा भगत सिंह की भाषा में समझना होगा। एक फेमस पुस्तक के शीर्षक को बैंकिंग जीवन का सार बनाना होगा DON'T SAY YES WHEN YOU WANT TO SAY NO. और UFBU के सभी धड़े यदि जिंदा हैं,
