@RoryHearne I should add that I am penalised in mortgage application for having a dependent and the banks don't accept maintenance as income!!!

@RoryHearne I'm a 39yo single parent and I desperately want to buy. I'm in limerick but due to high rent savings are difficult. Also I previously bought a house with ex and signed it over for no benefit. Unfortunately I am no longer a first time buyer so this means I'd need 20% deposit.
