In frustration and anger she then released all the evidence knowing that Partey would get away with this charge of sexual assault. 2 days later the press revealed that this charge had been dropped for this reason.

@Faruokrazack @_officialpepe Specifically how we know that the WhatsApp messages are truthful are evidenced by their content. The original complaint of sexual assault had to be dropped as the CPS discovered that the law did not allow them to prosecute for this crime that occurred in Spain.

The irony in this situation is that, this Spence guy being black and a Muslim in the UK is 1000% more likely to suffer the exact same charges Thomas is currently being charged with by the time he ends his career, than Declan. In fact many of the English fans didn’t want him on the squad. Look at what he’s doing. Yet Declan still understands that a charged person is innocent until proven guilty, and besides all that, where they are is not a court room but a football pitch so he concentrated on playing football rather than behave like Djed Spence.
