@1800CONTACTS I did text you guys and you refused to give me at least a discount 😐 I had to pay for fast shipping 2 times, 1st time I understood so I paid $11 which is wild but, then 2nd time I had to pay again for YOUR mistake and I asked for a discount and they said no!!

@RKBos @1800CONTACTS Same thing happened to me!!!! I ordered on a Saturday, they got back to me on Sunday and said Monday my doctor will verify the RX and said if I need them by Friday, I have to pay extra $$, Monday night they said they couldn’t find my doctors information even tho it was on the Rx

@1800CONTACTS I already spoke to a supervisor yesterday who declined to pay for my online eye exam even though@1800CONTACTS was responsible for the delay in my order. Quite disappointing and terrible customer service. I guess you are willing to lose customers.
