@Delta why would I bother having the delta rewards card if you aren’t going to allow eligible flight seats in main cabin to be utilized for this????

@Delta just sat on hold for 2 hours trying to talk to anyone to use my companion pass for a flight 4 months from now that still has tons of empty seats to be told that those seats can’t be used for the pass from an EXTREMELY rude agent
