@virginmedia we had an issue with broadband while on holiday, restarted my hub after we got back last night and the broadband is working again. However, all my recordings have disappeared from my V6 and Disney and Prime Video won’t open. Any help?

@virginmedia I’ve not reset the V6 box but there may have been an upgrade while I was on holiday. When I try to open the apps I get a CS2400 error

@Ranchie Evening, Jonathan. Sorry to hear of this. Has the V6 been factory reset or have you done a software upgrade to the 360? Regarding the apps, what happens when you try and open them?

@SMARTYMobileUK Hi, it certainly is 4G VoLTE/5G enabled, it’s an iPhone 16 Pro set up correctly, and has no problems with 2 other eSims I’m using, just with my primary Smarty sim
