So, get this. . . A 5,900-year-old whitebark pine (Pinus albicaulis) forest has recently thawed out from beneath receding alpine ice in the Beartooth Plateau in Wyoming. Judge strikes out insolvency action against me and makes it very clear that this was a highly inappropriate use of this legal mechanism.
