@stugoo17 @premnsikka It requires assent, active or passive, from a board to perpetuate this. Who are these people? What makes them tick? Do they tell friends, acquaintances what they do for their money?

Miscarriages Of Justice
Miscarriages Of Justice@UKinjustice2025·
I have been so focused on Lucy Letby’s horrendous miscarriage of justice lately that I have neglected other cases where the wrongly convicted is 100% factually innocent. Please spare a few minutes to read about just two of those cases and share if you agree with me. If you don’t agree, I would be grateful if you would tell me why you believe I am wrong and I will be happy to engage in respectful debate. #JeremyBamber Wrongly convicted of murdering his family over four decades ago and, despite overwhelming evidence he is factually innocent, he remains in prison on a whole life tariff. These two from my many previous posts give more details and are a good place to start if you want to research the case and hopefully join the campaign to free this innocent man. x.com/UKinjustice202… x.com/UKinjustice202… #RobinGarbutt Wrongly convicted of murdering his wife, he has now spent over 16 years in prison. He is the almost forgotten victim of the Post Office scandal. This previous post of mine gives more details and reasons why he is 100% factually innocent. x.com/UKinjustice202… And you can find out more on the campaign’s official website robingarbuttofficial.com When Lucy Letby is ultimately exonerated and freed please don’t let the establishment gaslight you into believing that her case is a rare mistake. It truly isn’t. And it certainly isn’t the worst ever miscarriage of justice in UK history as hard as that is to believe. The entire UK justice system, particularly the appeals system, is not fit for purpose and is in need of urgent, radical reform. #JeremyBamber #RobinGarbutt #LucyLetby #MiscarriagesOfJustice #JusticeReform @ccrcupdate @DavidDavisMP @ClarkeMicah @NadineDorries @EmpowerInnocent @Bambertweets @hanksoff03

#ThirlwallInquiry will be an interesting read. How to defend against efficient, honest and highly competent nurses documenting failings in a unit operating well above its assigned level and logging every problem. Well, we already know how - accuse them of murder and lie in court.

The Lucy Letby debacle gets uglier and uglier. This young nurse is in prison with convictions for killing babies, with the deafening challenges from everywhere she should be released on temporary license with restrictions until an appeal can be heard.

@guyrowlanduk @GrahamTanner121 in this case the defective“evidence” is a case of reaching a conclusion to fit a desired outcome rather than the facts. The legal profession isn’t fit for purpose.

@guyrowlanduk @GrahamTanner121 What is clear to me is that our adversarial legal system operates entirely at odds to scientific method. In short a preselected “quack” spouting “expertise” can sway a case that proper peer review would reject as nonsense. Whether its the statistics, insulin test or air injection

The remit of the Thirlwall Inquiry is crystal clear - it will not challenge Lucy Letby's verdicts. So if she is in fact innocent - as now seems highly likely - and those babies were victims of NHS sub-optimal care, the £17m report (and counting) is worthless. 🧵 (1/11)
The Trials of Lucy Letby@LucyLetbyTrials

In March 2025, Lady Justice Thirlwall rejected an application to pause the @Thirlwall_Inq, in light of the mounting concerns around Lucy Letby's convictions. In the year since, the only updates provided by the inquiry have been ones postponing the publication of their report.

This will be the highest stakes by-election in U.K history. If Burnham wins, he becomes PM, and does so with proof Reform can be beaten. If he loses, Labour become a lame duck government. If Labour's most popular politician can't hold back Reform, no others can claim to.
Andy Burnham@AndyBurnhamGM

I can confirm that I will be requesting the permission of the NEC to stand in the Makerfield by-election. I grew up in this area and have lived here for 25 years. I care deeply about it and its people. I know they have been let down by national politics. Ten years ago, I

I’m pleased at the announcement this evening that Andy Burnham is planning to return to Parliament. It’s good news for the Labour Party and the country. Andy shouldn’t have been blocked from Gorton & Denton. And he shouldn’t be blocked now. My statement ⬇️
