@OldMerIsDead @RustTrial The sad thing is that people who don't know better drain their purse and spend their time thinking they are getting high-level legal analysis. Whereas, this is equivalent to a rising conspiratorial-minded 3L who is in the top 45% of her class.

I used to be ok with Melanie Little to a degree but man she was twisting and reaching today. She was acting like Judge Belezos' order denying the motion to DQ Cosgrove was complicated. Why is she so confused?

@AndersWeinstein Thank you for sharing. I remember discussing this as we're both fans of Volokh. In reviewing the DA's early unethical tv interviews she admits that spent casings found on BCR were from another film set nine months earlier. 14 months later she pivots to Baldwin should have known.

NM v. Timothy Busfield - Scheduling Order *Note dates might be bumped up at the next status hearing. Per the 3/10 hearing these dates provide quite a bit of wiggle room. Rust followers - Judge Mary NEVER had an order like this for Hannah Gutierrez. Baldwin? Yes. HG? No.

What ML scrolled over. This is the MTD of the detective, improperly named in LG's counterclaim, granted by the judge. Similar arguments apply to Cosgrove. Case is dead.

@OldMerIsDead I'm transparent. I have supported both you and LG depending on the issues. Lawsuit procedurally is likely invalid.

The other thing I don’t get… she says Lindsey’s lawsuit against Cosgrove is still valid. Does she not realize she’s suing him for releasing an “unredacted SA report”, with that TB being accused of SA. Cosgrove has nothing to do with her phone extract release, which is another story. Cosgrove is solely being sued about the release of that report. If the allegations of SA are false, which I assume Melanie believes, how can Cosgrove be sued for releasing a report of fake SA?
