Brian BLT Bardsley is now openly crediting the honesty and detective work of Yuri Bukhenik. In an interview where Lucky Loughran said he saw a Ford Edge and no body outside Brian Albert’s house, Bukhenik chose to focus on the fact that he assumed I recorded my interview with Lucky 2 days before, which I then wrote about. Bukhenik did this to distract from the fact that he should be looking for that Ford Edge, and instead was looking for ways to get me for reporting on it. BLT seems to think highly of the detective work done by Bukhenik, which makes sense since he is now friendly with all the people who want Karen Read in jail for life.

These items were not seized as part of a search warrant, they are things she left at 1 Meadows...

Whatever your thoughts are on him, he doesn't spend every single day of his life, for hours on end creating content about a person he was never even in a relationship with. Compare that to someone who does the polar opposite and has obsessively for years - never been in a relationship with him,has a documented history of inserting herself into criminal cases that have zero to do with her simply because of this obsession. If you're defending that behavior, that's abnormal.

Throughout the last several months of his life, there appear to have been recurring frustrations involving John O'Keefe and issues surrounding his property and neighborhood interactions. From the recent document release, there are text messages between John and Kevin Albert discussing a neighborhood teenager who John believed was engaging in concerning behavior outside his home. According to those messages, John confronted the individual, identified himself as a police officer, and expressed significant frustration about the situation. In one message to Kevin, John stated that the individual was "getting a beating soon". We also heard testimony during the first trial describing John as very particular about his home and property. Chris Albert recounted an incident involving his youngest son crossing onto John's yard, resulting in John becoming upset. Chris stated that John later apologized and brought over candy. There were also accounts involving Colin Albert, including allegations that he had left beer cans on John's property and that John had spoken to Karen about confronting him over it. Taken together, these examples may suggest that John was someone who took pride in his home, valued respect for his property, and was willing to directly address issues that bothered him. As Kevin stated during a dispatch call, John was "a good guy," but those descriptions do not necessarily mean he avoided conflict when he felt boundaries had been crossed. With the additional context regarding John's apparent frustrations over ongoing property-related issues, along with testimony that he asked Chris Albert where Kevin was on the evening of January 28, it raises a question: is there additional context or information known to others that the public has not yet seen or heard? To me, it feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing that would help close the uncertainty of why John was asking for the Canton Detective.

Wow, per Canton PD 911 logs, it was actually Karen Read who recorded this video (and then John O'Keefe sent it to Kevin Albert who, in turn, sent it to Michael Proctor and Sean Goode). This happened in March of 2021. Karen and John were on to something in Canton, I knew it!

Tully’s report shows that Karen told Voss she spoke to Jen McCabe, who told her that she spoke to Nicole. When Jen was asked if she spoke to Nicole that morning, she denied it. However, phone records indicate that Karen was telling the truth and Jen was lying. The call lasted 38 seconds. Ofc there were also 2 more phone calls that Eliza Little pressed Nicole on. We have heard some of the contents of those calls, thanks to John’s phone. It is clear by Jen’s voice, that Nicole is alert and awake, and each of them has intimate knowledge of what is now taking a place (discovering John’s body). Jen is pretending it’s a surprise, but she is not acting shocked. Back to Coco - According to Nicole, she slept through a phone call she answered. That’s simply not possible though. Furthermore, a running loud fire engine and beaming lights did not wake up her, her shockingly virile husband or Chloe. Jen asked Brian for a cup of coffee at 8 am, so we can’t even confirm that he was at the house. How many lies are necessary before they are charged with perjury?
