Following our arguments, a district court in California BLOCKED the enforcement of a law that would have banned federal agents from wearing masks to protect their identities.

Maybe USA Today can tell us why he brought a weapon and ammo to the protest against ICE, where he knew there could be a physical confrontation by the people gathered there, rather than push their narrative.
