@Airtel_Presence Marked in image is the only option to raise a request which will go directly to bot chat. And bot does not give an option for a ticket☺️

@Airtel_Presence raising a service request on your Airtel One App is really a messy one. Bots deployed can act min & there is no straight option where I can raise a ticket for the issue and get reference#. This is nothing but harassing your customers by not allowing directoption

@Airtel_Presence Great to hear. Please share the image on your app where this option is available. Did not find that, and if it exists I would like to use it instead of going through the chat bot and ending nowhere.

@SSalkod Hi Subhasch, raising a service request should be simple, not confusing. Share your number in DM so we can check the issue you’re facing on the One App and help you get a proper service request logged. Thanks, Team Airtel twitter.com/messages/compo…

@amazonIN Why is your process so customer unfriendly? There is no way to connect customer care w/ current App options. Received a wrong item, return requested and was not picked up w/ reason it defers from actual ordered! Now where is the option to connect?

@prakdadlani What made you to import mould from China? Is it's Cost / leadtime or something else?

Our container is on it's way to India from China. It has 5 products we will Build in Bharat. It has everything: - moulds - machines - parts - racks etc. But to be honest: It hurts that so much still had to come from China. So we’re fixing it step by step. Every shipment from China must be reduced - 40’HQ container this time - 20’ container next time The final goal is clear: Export 40’HQ containers from Bharat to the world. It’s time for the tide to turn.

@vasantshetty81 This is indeed a needed secondary safety and can help heavy transport & light vehicles too. Sir @anandmahindra is there a way Mahindra can evaluate this for adoption feasibility or do necessary tweaks to enhance safety?

Last year, he came across news about an accident near Amarnath. A bus carrying pilgrims met with an accident due to brake failure. Several people were affected. That incident stayed with him and became a trigger for developing a patent pending fail-safe breaking mechanism. ----- I met @KhaleelS85376 at our @mundhebanni meetup in Hubballi in December. Like many others in the room, he listened quietly, asked a few questions, and stayed back after the sessions. A month later, when he explained what he had been building, I understood what confidence can unlock in tier 2 India. Khaleel is from Gadag and studies at KLETU Hubballi. He is pursuing a combined BCA and MCA degree. He is deeply interested in the automotive domain. His father has worked in the automotive field for several years, including time in Saudi. Growing up around that environment, Khaleel always felt that he should do something meaningful in this space. Last year, he came across news about an accident near Amarnath. A bus carrying pilgrims met with an accident due to brake failure. Several people were affected. That incident stayed with him. He and his father started thinking seriously about whether something could be done to address this problem. They began experimenting on their own. Over time, they designed, fabricated, mounted, and tested an apparatus that could act as a fail safe braking mechanism. They developed a system that could be mounted onto the rear axle shaft. In case of brake failure, the driver can press a button placed near the driver’s seat. Once activated, the vehicle comes to a gradual halt within about 10 to 12 seconds. There is no jerk. The stopping is smooth, ensuring the vehicle does not topple or lose control. The system also automatically switches on the hazard lights, alerting other vehicles that something is wrong. To test this properly, they even bought an old Tata Ace truck using their own money. They modified it to install the apparatus and tested it under multiple conditions, both with and without load. The Tata Ace normally carries about 750 kg, but they also tested it with close to 1 tonne of load. The system worked well in all scenarios. Within about 8-9 months, Khaleel and his father took this from idea to a working prototype. With the help of KLETU, Khaleel has applied for a patent. The EIR hearing is already done, and he is hopeful about the next steps. What made me really happy was not just the technical achievement. Khaleel told me that he got the confidence to reach out to me only because of the Hubballi meetup. Because everything was discussed in Kannada, he felt that a small town boy like him could also think big. He felt that his ideas were valid and worth pursuing. He reached out to seek help in connecting with OEMs and others who could support him in commercialising this idea and taking it further through professional testing and industry adoption. If this idea eventually gets adopted at scale, it could make heavy commercial vehicles and buses more fail safe, reduce emissions, and possibly save lives. If anyone reading this knows people who can help Khaleel take this forward and turn this into a real world product, please reach out to me. This, to me, is exactly why #MundheBanni exists.

@Nithin0dha @narendramodi @zerodha Very important one! How can the industry make this adding nomination process going w/o miss for new ones atleast enabling the nominee to be aware of that too. Can zerodha take the lead in setting a benchmark to make this process more empathetic.

There's ₹104,000 crores worth of money and investments lying unclaimed across banks, insurance companies, and mutual funds. The number is from a post by our PM @narendramodi. Despite the nomination process being fully online and despite repeated nudges, 62% of @zerodha users with holdings don't have a nominee. If you haven't added any nominees, it takes barely a couple of minutes (check the reply). While adding nominees is a good first step, you still have to inform the nominees. Otherwise, even money and investments with nominees will remain unclaimed. To help avoid this, we send an email to the nominees if there's a prolonged period of inactivity in a Zerodha account. The good news is that there are now various portals for people to claim what belongs to them. See the link in the replies.

Finally, I found the solution to the "solar geyser problem." The heat pump geyser. Connected in series with solar water heater, this will efficiently heat the water as needed (if not well heated by solar) and provide a 24x7 supply. Works on "Reverse Carnot cycle" or simply reverse refrigeration process. Also has an electric coil heating back up for fast heating. #BengaluruWinter

Out of 26,848 COMED-K seats, only 8,090 are filled. Out of 72,506 government quota seats, 15,000 remain unfilled. Demand for civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineering is declining in Karnataka. What's happening? prajavani.net/explainer/olan…

India just announced a massive push into Rare Earth Permanent Magnets. > Rs 7,280 crore investment. > 6,000 MTPA annual capacity. > 5 integrated plants of 1,200 MTPA each. > Full value chain: oxides → metals → alloys → finished magnets. > 7-year plan. If this executes well, India finally builds leverage in one of the most strategic materials of this decade. I appreciate @AshwiniVaishnaw for propelling the hard tech and deep tech ecosystem forward with such initiatives.

Many parents in large cities often express a common concern about their connection with their mother tongue. They feel that children do not read books in their own language. There are many reasons for this. English medium schools, the environment in apartments where children rarely speak Kannada, social media, shorter attention spans, and several other factors. Still, many parents strongly feel that this situation should change and that children must develop an interest in reading in their mother tongue. In recent years, I have noticed a very encouraging shift at least in the Kannada publishing world. When I visited the Pustaka Sante at Jayanagar, organised by @Veerakaputra Srinivas sir, I saw that many Kannada publishers have begun creating beautiful picture books for children. This clearly shows that the interest from parents is growing. They hope that such books will help children build a natural reading habit in Kannada, and I am very glad to see this momentum. @HarivuBooks has taken this effort one step further. They have launched a children’s tri-monthly magazine this month. The content is wonderful, the visuals are vibrant, and the quality is excellent. I am sure it will grow even bigger in the coming years. I hope more parents support this work. For subscription enquiries, you can mail chilipiligoodu@haribubooks.com. My best wishes to @ratheeshaBR
