@excitel_rocks Your customer service is becoming worst. Due to failure of server, two time recharge has done. I have talked to the customer care. They have mentioned that the refund will be done within 5-7 business days. It is almost more than 10 days, I did not get refund.

@UberINSupport I understood your view. Driver has no right to ask why I booked for this destination. If driver did not want to go, either cncl or do not pick trip. After picking trip, he told he would not go. Even he did not cncl after 20 mins. I hope @Uber_India understand my concern. Thanks!

@SuvayanNeogi Hey, we encourage drivers to complete all trip requests and avoid causing any discomfort to riders. Based on your experience, we've made a note about your feedback and have forwarded the same to the concerned team, so we can have this looked into. Appreciate your understanding.

Shameful! Today morning I have booked a cab in Delhi. Driver denied the duty. When I asked him to cancel. Not only he did not cncl, but also he tried to convince with rude behaviour that this is my fault why I booked the cab. He did not cncl even after 20 mins. @Uber_India

@bigbasket_com This is really disappointing. I got message before half an hour delivery that your order has delivered. After 15-20 mins of the schedule time, the delivery boy came and gave some lame excuse. My order no was 243126933. This is not the first time I faced this thing.
