Especially those who have surreptitiously been neglected after years of service from having access to clear lines of communication with the company or access to partner management. On January 30th I woke up to having received an email informing me of my "PERMANENT" suspension from Twitch services due to "HATEFUL CONDUCT". This is the 2nd time I have been banned AND the 2nd time I have been permanently banned from the website for no reason. Now my account is disabled from serving ads for an unknown amount of time which effects my income and I have been left with a blank unexpiring violation from 2024 and a new one from 2026 which expires in a year. All the pain and suffering you've caused me again permanently banning me from the website and causing me to jump through absurd hoops just to restore my ability for you to take 50% of every dollar I earn.
