Top Performers in US Stock Market since 2000 I want to share a self-hosted stock research tool that identifies and visualizes the most powerful price moves in US equity market from 2000 to current date. It processes raw daily OHLCV data for over 12,000 US tickers — including delisted stocks — and surfaces the top 7% performers each year for in-depth chart study. Thanks to AI coding, a complex learning process is now much simpler. I filtered the top 7% YTD stocks from 2000–2026 (including delisted ones), get 1400+ stocks, and visualized them with TradingView Lightweight Charts, featuring auto-marked highs/lows and direct period displays. Browse by year or symbol, even delisted stocks from the last decade like $LVGO and $TWTR are fully accessible. Once I refine the charting and annotation features, I will open-source this learning project.

Every major pullback on this chart found a bottom the same way. Williams % Range hit the Green Barrier (-100). Since 2018: • 6 times → direct bottom • 1 time → local bottom then continued selloff (2022 bear market) • 1 time → local bottom → final flush → hard bottom Fast forward to now: W%R just hit -100 again. History says this zone has consistently marked exhaustion. Could we see another bounce? Maybe. Could we see one more flush first? Also possible. But one thing is clear: Extreme readings = opportunity zone. Weekly signals > daily noise. $SPY

@JohnMuchow @LindaRaschke @Crowded_Mkt_Rpt In Strat lingo it's 3-1 setup and it's one of the most sought out setups, especially on higher time-frames like weekly, monthly or quarterly. If you can get double inside candles then super setup due to all the coiling leading to spring release breakout.

I made a "should I be trading?" dashboard. Scores the market across 5 pillars: - volatility (put/call ratio, vix, positioning) - trend (spx vs 20d, 50d, 200d ma's) - breadth (advancing/declining, nas highs/lows) - momentum (sector leaders, laggards, % participation) - macro (fomc, rates, geopolitics) Each is weighted, combined, and averaged to give me a score for the current environment. Basically a yes, no, or stay small. Sometimes I just need someone (or something) to remind me to stay out. Happy to share the prompt if you guys want it...but I made this with @perplexity_ai's Computer.

Good morning everyone! Hope you all got some excellent rest on the weekend! ☀️ How are we feeling about this new week? Are we leaning more bullish or bearish on the market? Critical week for $SPY as it would be horrendous losing that 660 support. That would signal further selling and it’s critical to hold that level. $QQQ also right at the 200DMA here, at the $590 level. Here’s where we would like to see a strong bounce and buyers stepping in. Losing that, would signal the same scenario as $SPY $DXY a bit down today early morning, just -0.25% holding that $100 level for now.. We’d like to see this pushing above $102 to get more free from that months long resistance, for a chance to see it at $110 in the coming weeks. Futures look good pre-market right now, hopefully will stay the same.. The gamma data we have don’t lean bullish yet, but we hope this will change come market open. ok hear me out; - dec–Mar was pure rotation - march brought Israel-US- Iran war - oil is now the risk gauge for everything - stocks can't hold gains longer than a day - market is completely unreliable - crypto can't get going - gold and silver already ran hot - 401k's are now 301k's. - inflation concerns rising again - private credit correction coming. safe to say everything is unknown.

Most money I've lost came from three things: Using RSI wrong Shorting at the wrong time Telling myself I'll add more RSI is a lagging indicator. I use it with other tools. If I'm ever going to short, I want clean inflection points. No point shorting at 680, then 685, then 690, then 695. By then it's game over. What was supposed to be a 2% position is now 10% and I'm down 40% on it. The worst is knowing I'm breaking my rules and telling myself I'll add more if it keeps going against me. That turned a $3k loss into $15k within days.

@assface_burner That's exactly what I do on spy, once in trend take 10 calls or puts at 50 delta ride for $1 and collect $500, if trend continues then fine, otherwise happy with $500. Do that 2 times a day if possible and I am done for the day.

$IWF / $IWD is another one I will track in //. Similar and even cleaner signal from end of Oct. and the slide down from there, but I'm less certain from previous years action. So I'll track these 2 going forward and after a couple cycles I'll build the conviction in those, or one over the other.

A new thing I'm looking to integrate in my process is an improved risk ON/OFF indicator, ratio, barometer of institution risk appetite. I've had one of the thoughest trading period that I can remember since end of Oct. Zero traction, chopped, etc. Indices went sideways, VIX / Credit Spreads were of no use anymore, giving many false signals every week. So I was looking to find a better tool this weekend, something that would have signaled that weakness, underneath distribution of risk assets, and a transition into risk-off's instead of institutions accumulating high Beta assets. $QQQ / $XLP is doing that, by providing a high Beta vs Defensive ratio that topped while being at +3σ (very overbought historically), and from there peaked exactly end Oct. and went down and into a risk-off signal pretty quickly. So that's something new you'll find in the Prime Report and into my feed to guide me going forward.

@AlexsOptions I struggle with confirmation of the move, what timeframe candle close is enough. like failed 2 down on 4 hour is happening then is 15 min close below the high or low is enough or need to wait for the whole 4h candle close.
