My greatest source of conflict with boxing coaches was trying to get running volumes down. MMA coaches bought in far sooner once they realised it wasn’t sustainable.

Even elite boxers recognize that they ran too much in their prime. If there is a way to develop the gas tank with less running it’s probably a good idea.

@TupperCoach I think there is a lot of merit to that..
ONE ISSUE - if you just sprint at him a lot of time you will be out of control and miss.
You still need a tackling plan. Aiming points and footwork.

Why do I believe in a clean weight room ?
I believe in controlling the controllable.
Small wins daily , it helps practice discipline , and helps teach practicing good habits.

I understand PSU fans are frustrated w/ the “blown” call, but OSU fans have no control over that, we aren’t the ref. We’re simply celebrating the win bc we’re fans of the program, PSU fans would do the exact same thing. What’re we supposed to do, boo Landon & be mad he won? lol
