This is a stupid post.
There are dumb and smart people across the political spectrum.
I know many intelligent leftists as well as many smart conservatives. I also know very stupid ones, but they tend to be far-left and far-right ideologues.
Leftists tend to be better at the physical sciences such as physics and chemistry. That's why my field, meteorology, has a heavy left-wing bias in terms of its makeup of scientists.
But conservatives at least don't deny basic biology and refuse to play along with the trans cult. Conservatives also tend to be better with engineering and economics.
The smartest and most intellectually reasonable people I know, however, tend to be more Libertarian.

At the same time, a rider just described a random attack on a MAX train—with the suspect so unstable they were taken away in an ambulance.
This isn’t separate. It’s the same failure.
After hundreds of millions spent, we’re still dealing with:

👉 untreated mental illness
👉 broken coordination
My plan:
• Tie funding to real outcomes (treatment + stability)
• Require quarterly public reporting
• Mandate coordination across housing, addiction, and mental health
• Enforce 90%+ occupancy in funded units
• Audit programs—and cut funding if they fail

So ultimately Billy Corgan won out against Kurt Cobain.
Nirvana was hugely popular but I never listen to it anymore. I find Smashing Pumpkins more musical and listenable. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is a truly great album. Nirvana’s best was probably Unplugged.
