@lemonsqueezy please can you DM us. We seem to have been charged by your company and we don’t recall ever signing up with you. We cannot seem to sign in to your platform with any credentials we have. It is most worrying. Please DM us to rectify this ASAP!

@MicrosoftHelps emails sent to all of our clients using 365 cannot receive email from us:
- No bounce back / error code or message to us
- email not in recipients junk/spam
- Completed Delist Portal Process (we are not on it)
- 0 errors from our side
